Description

ASCO series S290 pressure operated valves with a clamp connection or butt weld connection. Features a high flow rate due to angled seat design and anti-waterhammer design (fluid entry under the disc). Has a wide range of pistion-type operators (32-50-63-90-125mm) rotatable through 360 degrees for maximum performance at different pilot pressures. Version recommended for rapid cycling steam applications. The valves satisfy Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC, article 3.3.
