The ASCO Series 355 accessories are designed to enhance the performance of spool valves. These accessories, in the form of a flow regulator sandwich type, are easy to install and maintain. They are fitted between the subbase and the valve and incorporate two flow regulators in the exhaust ports 3 and 5. These regulators can be used to control the speed of a double-acting cylinder.
Features of Series 355 include ease of connection with a variety of options in the base plate such as side connection (threaded or push-in) and bottom connection (threaded or plug-in). The intermediate plates are pre-drilled for easy installation, and the standard intermediate plate is pre-assembled on the base plate for quick installation.
Additionally, Series 355 can be easily mounted directly onto a machine console or on a DIN rail with just a 1/4 turn of the eccentric nuts. Assembly and disassembly are made easier with the sloping arrangement of the fastening screws, allowing individual base plates to be taken apart without having to disassemble the entire unit.
