Series 346 - Quick Exhaust Valves

ASCO Series 346 Quick Exhaust Valves are designed to vent downstream pressure quickly, allowing cylinders or other actuators to exhaust air faster. These valves are typically used in pneumatic systems to improve the speed of cylinder or actuator movement. They consist of a valve body with an inlet and outlet port, and a poppet inside the body that is opened and closed by a spring-loaded plunger. When the plunger is actuated, the poppet opens, allowing air to flow from the inlet to the outlet. The quick exhaust valve is typically used in conjunction with a solenoid valve, which controls the flow of air to the plunger and actuates the valve.
