The ASCO Series 215 Direct Operated Hung Diaphragm Vacuum Valves are designed for the control of low pressure air and gases, and are made with special materials and procedures to avoid molecular contamination. The medium and high vacuum valves are mass spectrometer tested, and are compatible with the seal materials used.
