Pinch Valves

Pinch valves pinch or squeeze flexible, disposable tubing to control or shut off the flow of media, often high-purity liquids. Solenoid-operated pinch valves use electric current to open and close, while pneumatic pinch valves operate by using compressed air.

Series 273 and 373 Pneumatic Pinch Valves

The series 273 are 2-Way normally closed and normally open pressure-operated pinch valves designed for use with high-purity liquids in biotech applications. The pneumatic pinch valve is also available as a 3-way normally closed and normally open valve, designed for chromatography applications.
